I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were good with comfortable beds, although the bathroom was a bit small. The service was friendly and attentive, making a sterling effort to ensure my comfort. The location is perfect for accessing the city center, but parking can be a challenge during busy times. The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of options to choose from.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were exquisite, neat, and warm, meeting my expectations, although the shower in my room was not responsive, which was a bit inconvenient on my last day. The massive board-room table dominated the room, causing a slight issue with separation among participants.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms at a great price, making it a perfect choice for both family and business stays in Eldoret. However, there is room for improvement in replenishing supplies without guest reminders.
